If you've seen any episode of True Blood, then you can probably skip Thirst. Other than the core idea of a "human dairy farm" run by vampires to collect and process blood, there's nothing much interesting here and not nearly as much neck-biting as you'd expect.
Also, the lead's kind of a drip, a rich debutante from a long line of bloodsuckers who spends most of the movie refusing her destiny to be pulled into the vampire clan. I guess it's kind of like the Twilight junk in that way, except the lead male vampire played by David Hemmings rarely shows his abs.
There is one good scene with a shower that flows red blood and another with a cat lapping up spilled "vampire milk." Other than that, I'd recommend slaking your thirst for the undead elsewhere.
